Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML modeling, and data processing and analysis, from the creation of the dataset to the final model in production
  • Strong data pre-processing and data manipulation skills
  • Data quality and data cleansing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Python and relevant to data science Python packages and tools, including data visualization
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including proven hands-on experience of building models in Python with relevant libraries and packages
  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP) and ability to use them for developing, training and testing machine learning models, including deep learning models
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Understanding of the principles of data strategy and architecture

 The Jr. Salesforce Admin will lead the ongoing development of Reptrak’s Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The Jr. Salesforce Admin will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the organization’s CRM platform.   • Serve as a system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 150 users

  • Create and manage all aspects of users’ security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.

  • Work with the business Operations team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities 

  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization 

  • Work independently to maintain subject matter expertise with each new Salesforce.com release

 Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator 

  • Saleforce.com Admin (ADM201) certified, a plus

  • Experience with integrated solutions (HubSpot, 6sense, InsightSquared, Drift) or similar technologies

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards 

  • Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization 

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. 

  • Documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

The Role

The Senior UX Designer at RepTrak has a highly visible seat at the product development table, responsible for relentlessly pursuing user needs, articulating them to the company, and wielding a variety of digital design tools to realize solutions that solve user problems and delight customers.

Working in a nimble and fast-paced environment, the Senior UX Designer will have exposure to a wide range of new business challenges and contexts, creating opportunities to explore a variety of experience design techniques throughout discovery, design, and development stages.

The ideal designer will be able to draw from a well-rounded set of design skills, having had experience with designing digital experiences as well as having a solid foundation in design thinking and exploration practices.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Tirelessly advocate for user needs by employing continuous user research, concept development & testing, and ensuring proper foundational understanding of who the clients are

  • Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to discover, prototype, and validate product concepts

  • Solve problems creatively through ideation and iterations with sketches, prototypes, and testing.

  • Produce workflow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate and execute on product concepts.

  • Provide and seek feedback from other designers, company stakeholders, and customers to continuously push the bar for quality.

  • Directly inform and influence the planning and ideation process for new features and projects.

  • Entertain, explore, and drive trade off decisions around scope and execution with a live shipping product.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of UX Experience in product driven projects.

  • Strong UX portfolio, demonstrating end to end design process, thinking, and artifacts.

  • Proven ability to communicate and articulate complex design concepts and thought processes clearly and persuasively across a wide variety of audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders to discover, prototype, and validate product concepts
