Dr. Charles Fombrun is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of The RepTrak Company, previously known as Reputation Institute.  He founded Reputation Institute in 1997 as a think-tank to extend knowledge about reputations, through which he spearheaded the creation and commercialization of the RepTrak® System for measuring reputations.  Dr. Fombrun is also the author of over 100 articles and books on business strategy.  In 1996, he released the path-breaking best-seller “Reputation: Realizing Value from the Corporate Image” (Harvard Business School Press).  Dr. Fombrun holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University and was a standing member of the faculties of NYU’s Stern School of Business and The Wharton School (U. of Pennsylvania) from 1980 to 2004.  He remains an active contributor and director of The RepTrak Company.
