Rebecca Reott is the Vice President of Global HR at The RepTrak Company, overseeing People & Culture operations. Rebecca brings a background in Human Resources, Operations Management, and Client Services to the Reputation Institute leadership team and has spent her career helping high-growth companies establish best practices. With a deep passion for the connection between employee happiness, employee productivity, and company results, Rebecca incorporates a significant focus on organizational structure and operational efficiency into her HR approach and philosophy.

Rebecca previously worked at Hanapin Marketing and helped propel them to the #1 Best Place to Work in the state and the #8 Best Place to Work for Advertising Agencies Nationally. Prior to that, Rebecca worked in Talent Management & Operations at World 50, a company that manages private peer communities for the C-Suite. In the early part of her career, Rebecca worked as a successful entrepreneur for 6 years.

Rebecca is SHRM-CP certified, holds a B.A. in Psychology & French from Emory University, and is certified in both Operations Management & Effective Execution of Organizational Strategy from the Wharton School of Business. Rebecca is active in the non-profit community, serving on the board of My Sister’s Closet and spending years as a volunteer & employee of The Make-A-Wish Foundation. When not at the office, Rebecca enjoys trying new restaurants, hiking, and spending time with family & friends.
