 Specific Responsibilities include

  • Develop cutting edge advanced analytics, AI and machine learning algorithms and models to enhance and innovate our data-driven SaaS offerings
  • Automate commonly used analyses into POC advanced analytics packages
  • Work with text mining, text analytics and NLP
  • Manage the creation, development, and iterative improvement of training sets for machine learning solutions that power our core product
  • Identify, test and use industry available data science and machine learning packages, tools and platforms
  • Create model comparison benchmarks and model selection processes
  • Support Engineering in model optimization and productization

  • Deploy a variety of supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, including ensemble methods, deep learning, transfer learning, clustering and other state of the art techniques

Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML modeling, and data processing and analysis, from the creation of the dataset to the final model in production
  • Strong data pre-processing and data manipulation skills
  • Data quality and data cleansing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Python and relevant to data science Python packages and tools, including data visualization
  • Advanced data analytics skills, including proven hands-on experience of building models in Python with relevant libraries and packages
  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g. AWS/Azure/GCP) and ability to use them for developing, training and testing machine learning models, including deep learning models
  • Familiarity with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
  • Understanding of the principles of data strategy and architecture
  • Familiarity with autoML tools is a plus
  • Experience or familiarity with R and/or SPSS is a plus

The Role

System Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Office 365 collaboration features and functionality. They must exhibit tactical and strategic experience focused on driving adoption of Office 365 collaboration technologies and other SaaS platform integrations. The System Engineer performs ongoing administration and account maintenance of the Office 365 tenant and other SaaS platforms, deploys new service offerings, resolves issues, and automates operations where possible. Responsibilities Include

  • Be the champion and thought leader around advancing IT services to best practices within each of the Enterprise SaaS platforms (O365, Box, Zoom, Slack)
  • Stay abreast of changes and new releases within the SaaS suites, learning them and implementing as appropriate.
  • Work with Head of Global IT to champion o365 / Azure AD/ EMS technologies and develop solutions to match use cases.

Professional Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience of IT, System Engineer, or any related field
  • Ability work with other staff in a coaching and mentoring manner.
  • Demonstrated expertise of the Office 365 platform including advanced configuration, diagnostics, and implementation.
  • Expertise in core Office 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Office suite (update rings, deployment, and usage), and SPAM technologies.
  • Microsoft server administration background, including Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Experience with authentication methods (Microsoft NPS, multi-factor authentication (MFA), device sign-on methods, manage authentication methods).
  • Experience with Enterprise Mobility features, including: Intune/Device Manager (MDM), Azure Rights Management, Azure Active Directory and JAMF integration
  • Experience with data governance, Information Rights Management (IRM), and Data Leak Prevention (DLP) practices and methodologies (Retention policies, data governance reports and dashboards, Information holds, import data in the Security and Compliance Center, manage inactive mailboxes) is a plus.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills required with an ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong communication skills and he ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships in a team atmosphere required.
  • Effective time management skills and a demonstrated ability to work on and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can adapt to any SaaS technology and is not limited to Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities Include

Client delivery and revenue growth from existing clients:

  • Act as the main point of contact on a portfolio of clients, and work alongside a Client Services Director on several of our larger clients

Senior Manager, Client Services

The Role

The RepTrak Company is the world’s leading provider of reputation measurement, research, and consulting services. Across the globe, hundreds of the world’s leading companies leverage our RepTrak® methodology for measuring and managing reputation. We work closely with organizations’ Chief Communication Officers and Chief Marketing Officers as well as professionals in specialized areas such as risk and reputation management, corporate communications, and Public Affairs.

You will work closely with our Vice President, Client Services to deliver high-quality Reputation focused guidance. You will be instrumental as clients will come to rely on you as their main point of contact.

Responsibilities Include

The Senior Manager, Client Services is responsible for:

  • Insights Delivery. Thorough analysis to translate data into insights that address key client business issues.
  • Client Management. Interact with key clients on a day-to-day basis, advising to proactively address needs, provide thought leadership, and solve business problems that drive satisfaction. 
  • Partner with Account Manager to Lead strategic account planning and execution for accounts.
  • The Manager will independently manage a named client group with responsibility for revenue attainment, thought leadership development and client success as well as provide support on other major accounts as needed.

Professional Qualifications

  • 6+years of experience within strategy, market insights or branding/communication is preferred.
  • Proven expertise in turning data into an insightful story.
  • Proven track record to positively impact client outcomes and ability to influence clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external clients using logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships that drive internal/external customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to develop an expert level command of reputation management concepts including corporate communications, stakeholder management, messaging campaign management, press relations, investor relations, marketing alignment and corporate social responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Sciences or related field desired, Masters preferred
  • Fluent in English and Danish. Proficiency in German is a plus

The Role

The Manager is an expert communicator  and  client  delivery  leader,  adept  at  working  in  small  teams  of talented   associates.   In   addition,  the   Manager   is   experienced   at   evaluating stakeholder  (including  brand  consumers  and  customers)  measurement  data,  is familiar with the main KPI’s that marketing and brand managers are used to working with   and   developing   actionable   recommendations   for   communications   and marketing  executives.  In addition,  he\she  has  a  deep interest in CSR  and  Sustainability  and  on  the  multichannel  media  ecosystem.  In this role, she\he  will  advise  executives  for  the  world’s largest  companies  with  The RepTrak  Company  gold  standard  of  reputation  measurement,  RepTrak®,  as  the basis for performance benchmarks and strategic recommendations.

RepTrak  provides  all  Client  Services  team  members  with  ongoing  training  and education  in  data  analytics  and  methodology,  communications  measurement, reputation  management  and  corporate  communications  disciplines, and ESG practices and metrics  as part  of  a comprehensive commitment to overall team development. Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Reputation Management Insights – guide client discussions on corporate communications and reputation best practices including: Industry impact, stakeholder messaging and mapping, communication channel performance, aligning corporate reputation to corporate social responsibility levers, reputational risks, building the business case for reputation and reputation governance.
  • Client Delivery –Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research analysis identifying key insights from stakeholder data. These insights are packaged into client deliverables and presented to the clients in actionable, data-driven reports, expert advisory, and executive workshops. The ability to respond to client questions and inquiries in coherent and concise answers is essential. 
  • Client Project Management – In conjunction with Project Management colleagues, manage quantitative research projects,  questionnaire and sample design, translations, survey programming, data collection, analysis plan development and reporting.
  • Analytical Insight & Visualization Development – Define the most compelling, actionable insights on which to build recommendations by guiding the quantitative analysis through standard analytical techniques, leveraging analytical software and tools.

Professional Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven evidence based advisory experience delivering senior client level insights and recommendations.
  • Command of reputation\ brand communication concepts including stakeholder management with a specific focus on the general public, messaging campaign management, marketing alignment and ESG.
  • Ability to understand how to communicate complex data in a straightforward style to effectively communicate analytical outputs to clients and team.
  • Experience in presenting results and insights to clients on time with strong attention to detail and conducting in-person delivery sessions that result in accelerated learning.
  • Proficient data capture and data quality skills including: aligning client requirements with a comprehensive analysis plan, survey development, data project management, data classification, data manipulation, data mining and data presentation.
  • Multi-Language skills preferred: Professional level English is required in all markets
  • A degree is required with a focus on Business, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Consumer Behavior highly preferred.
  • Ability to proactively work across teams and collaborate. In this role you will be required to collaborate with Data Science, Project Management, Strategic Account Management, New Logo Sales and Product to deliver to clients with excellence.
