Strategic Account Manager, Account Management

The Role

The Strategic Account Management team is responsible for overseeing client account management, particularly in regard to developing account strategy, guiding the renewal process, negotiating contracts, and identifying successful cross- and upsell opportunities.  As such, these roles carry annual retention and new revenue quotas with the target to improve client retention and increase average contract value.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Client Services to ensure a rhythmic client experience.

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all subscription-based renewals

We are seeking an experienced professional to support market research studies by recommending the right data source. Individuals will be responsible for sourcing data assets and respondents from traditional panel platforms as well as seeking out cutting edge digital approaches to yield high quality information. The Role

  • Manage relationships with our data sourcing partners and ensure the highest quality service is being provided to all members of the RepTrak Project Management team throughout the project life cycle

  • Train and educate internal stakeholders on the data sourcing process with information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of our data sourcing partners to know who to reach out to and when
