The new Sr. NLP Data Scientist will be part of the Global Data Science Team, based in our Boston headquarters. 

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Develop cutting edge text mining, text analytics and NLP machine learning algorithms
  • Manage the creation, development, and iterative improvement to our multi-language training set for machine learning solutions that power our core product

Professional Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Text Analytics and NLP modeling and processing from the creation of the dataset to the final model in production
  • 3+ years of data science experience, developing machine learning models, including deep learning models
  • Strong data pre-processing and data manipulation skills
  • Data quality and data cleansing techniques
  • Strong knowledge of Python and relevant to data science Python packages and tools, including data visualization
  • Advanced data analytics, building models in Python, R, programming languages and libraries
  • Experience in multiple tools/language/frameworks within the Big Data (Hadoop, Spark, Hive, MongoDB, Neo4j, Hbase, Cassandra), and knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure / IBM / Google / AWS) and ability to use them for developing, training and testing deep learning models

We are seeking a Director of Data Science that can lead our Analytics services through a digital transformation. The Role

Specific Responsibilities include

A product manager at RepTrak has responsibility to ensure our products are valuable and viable. As such, she/he must contribute to their product team a deep knowledge of our products, users and customers, and the data about how our customers engage with our products.  The product manager must also contribute to the product team a solid knowledge of the various constraints of the business – constraints from marketing, sales, client services, finance, and legal are typical examples.  Finally, the product manager is expected to track industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to her product.

The Role

  • The main function of the role is to work alongside our Director/Manager to deliver high quality Reputation focused analysis and insights.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Client delivery from existing clients:
    • Deliver client projects in support of the Client Service manager \ director..
    • Creating and developing client facing content before, during and after Client deliveries and workshops
    • Consulting with our clients in the areas of Brand and Reputation, Corporate Communications efficacy, Reputation Risk, Stakeholder profiling and prioritization, HR and change management
    • Analysing our market leading database of Company Reputations to identify patterns, themes and trends that can influence our analysis, insight and thought leadership
    • Participate in research, data analysis and ultimate publication of the company’s flagship research studies across different practice or industry (Pharma, Telco, Retail, Food, etc..)
    • Work with Client service Directors \ Mangers to identify expansion opportunities within existing clients Strategic Account Management support:
    • Knowing our clients best by contributing to our ongoing drive for knowledge about our client’s businesses, markets and industries

Professional Qualifications

  • 3 – 4 + years of client consulting experience with a leading management consulting, market research or strategic advisory firm
  • Proven experience with a Brand, Marketing, Communications or Research agency
  • Understanding of corporate communications, Branding, marketing disciplines, corporate social responsibility, risk management and financial performance
  • Proven executive meeting/workshop delivery facilitation skills and experiences, even through video conference.
  • Superior interpersonal skills within a team development capacity
  • Understanding of business statistics, KPI’s, operational metrics and mathematics aligned with the financial performance of companies
  • Experience working with market research database tools (eg SPSS) and MS Office Suite in conducting statistical analysis and Presentation deliverables
  • Advanced critical thinking, analysis, writing and communications is required

 The Role

The Insights Manager, Client Services is experienced at analyzing stakeholder (including brand consumers and customers) measurement data, is familiar with the main KPI’s that marketing, brand managers and corporate affairs professionals are used to working with; and will be responsible for developing actionable recommendations for communications and marketing executives. The RepTrak Company gold standard of reputation measurement, RepTrak®, is the basis for performance benchmarks and strategic recommendations.

You will have both strong communication and analytic skills, be an expert communicator and client delivery leader, and adept at working in small teams of talented associates.  You will also be afforded the opportunity to work with members of the RepTrak global team.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Reputation Management Insights – lead client discussions on corporate communications and reputation best practices including: Industry impact, stakeholder messaging and mapping, communication channel performance, aligning corporate reputation to corporate social responsibility levers, reputational risks, building the business case for reputation and reputation governance.
  • Client Delivery – lead and contribute to qualitative and quantitative research analysis identifying key insights from stakeholder data. These insights are packaged into client deliverables and presented to the clients in the form of actionable, data driven reports expert advisory and executive workshops. Ability to respond to client questions and inquiry in coherent and concise answers is essential.
  • Client Project Management – manage quantitative research projects, including data vendor management, questionnaire and sample design, translations, survey programming, data collection, analysis plan development and reporting.
  • Analytical Insight & Visualization Development – leading the quantitative analysis through standard analytical techniques, leveraging analytical software and tools to create compelling and predictive data driven client recommendations and reports.  

Professional Qualification

  • 4-8 years of proven data driven advisory experience delivering senior client level insights and recommendations.
  • Command of reputation\ brand communication concepts including stakeholder management with a specific focus to consumers and clients, messaging campaign management, marketing alignment and corporate social responsibility.
  • Ability to understand how to communicate complex data in a straightforward style to effectively communicate analytical outputs to clients and team.
  • Experience in presenting results and insights to clients on time with a strong attention to detail and conducting in-person delivery sessions that lead to accelerated learning.
  • Proficient data capture and data quality skills including: aligning client requirements with a comprehensive analysis plan, survey development, data project management, data classification, data manipulation, data mining and data presentation.
  • Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Communications or similar preferred
